• ​Professional Advice Disclaimer: AI-generated outputs are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute professional medical, legal, or financial advice.

​2. Code Generation & Development Safety

• ​Verification: Users are required to review, test, and verify all AI-generated code in a sandbox environment before deploying it to production.
• ​Liability: The provider is not liable for system failures, security vulnerabilities, bugs, or data breaches caused by generated code.
• ​Intellectual Property: As generated code may mimic open-source licenses, users must perform their own IP filtering.

​3. Image Generation & Media Standards

• ​Authenticity: All images include an invisible metadata watermark and a visible "Generated by AI" tag to comply with global synthetic media transparency laws.
• ​Copyright: The platform does not guarantee that generated images are free from third-party copyright claims.
• ​Restrictions: Creating explicit content, deepfakes, non-consensual likenesses, or copyrighted characters is strictly prohibited and will result in account termination.

​4. Privacy & Data Retention Policy

• ​Google API Compliance: The use and transfer of information from Google APIs strictly adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use requirements.
• ​Security & Retention: All personal data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and session logs are automatically purged after 30 days.
• ​Data Control (Opt-Out): You maintain control over your data. You can choose to opt out of data training, which stops your PII and code from being used for future learning.
